Each...breath is precious as humans cannot exist without breathing .

Patience with Faith in all "things" is called upon you now.
Slow it down..that anxious racing thoughts mode...chill the mind !!!
Breathe..repeat...
You can't exist without breathing !
Now..is the cycle to ALLOW the live gifting 🎁 element OF AIR to replenish your being. Your very essence!
Stop to watch the wind..
Breathe in the sunlight..
And RELEASE the darkness snares !
Release construction and anxiety..they do NOTHING to assist you.
Patience is the lesson & your current challenge..
Often..no matter what that big decision is..its the waiting ..that shows us the most about our psychological self.
In the "waiting" we are shown our strengths & weaknesses..
You have been through a long & hard experience ...some of it roared up out of the blue ..so to speak; many ..I'm working with state things like : " I didn't see that coming "/ or "What now !!??"
In our chaos..our sharp psychological roller coaster turns ; we are faced with the need to summon strength...faith in a process..some sort of pain to allow that healing .
For some of you..it's mental..others a financial whirlwind..even another..it's physical AND emotionally overwhelming.
But..in that life situational PAUSE to heal..WE FEEL so much deeper..we are shown our life's true value..we vow to change things as / if we survive the crisis .
Slow & steady energy is what "wins" the race December into February.
Laziness...avoidance ..apathy modes are signs of NOT slowing down in order to witness our troubled mind..soul.
But..of some sort of embedded long term stress factors!
WAKE UP ⏰️ & do SOMETHING to shake that angst ..off !
Divorce ..breaking up with fear overwhel. controls!!!
A walk with Nature..gazing at the sky scenes..witnessing a creature feeding on a surprise offering someone placed outside..do you stop to think about how outdoor wildlife..even birds..HAVE to hunt every day for food sustenance??
Yeah..that "survival of the fittest!"
Get off just "wondering & or worrying " about yourself ; go..tithe some seeds..fruits...food gifts for those in the wild..
As we first give ..with hearts 💕 of faith upon another in need..
That's THE SACRED INSURANCE of how & where the gifts of others will appear as our helpers in times of challenge.
It's no accident !
We pre-pay our good karma..
By..acknowledging..acting upon the flow of giving.
It is our credit..our deposits ..into our Soul..karmic bank accounts.
Breathe ...allow thyself to be soothed..trust more in what flows in to be that specific help ..always be thankful..not guilt ridden..face any private unspoken feelings that you are not deserving ..Divine Source is to be in charge.
Let the Holy frequencies run the show !
Let go ..allow supernatural mechanics to fix it all.
Breathe ..release..trust...surrender to the Divine directions .
It is often in retrospect..of a crisis..on down the road from it's shock..we see so deeply ..what really got us to that point.
How we had stuffed all the anxiety factors...how fear became our "daily bread"..rather than calling forth Supernatural protections.
Breathe...ask....allow .
