more🪐 View Planet Parade in December 🪐 Observers from the Earth will have a chance to spot the planet parade at the beginning of December. Five planets will gather in one sky area: 🌟 Venus (-4.7m) 🌟 Saturn (0.9m) 🌟 Jupiter (-1.8 ) 🌟 Neptun (7.7) 🌟 Uranus (6.0) The dwarf planet Ceres (6.9), a large asteroid Pallas (7.6), and the Moon (-11.4) will settle nearby. The best time to observe them is December 12, 2021; look for the celestial objects right after sunset. Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and the Moon will be visible to the naked eye. A pair of binoculars or a small telescope will help you to see the dimmer Neptune, Uranus, Ceres, and Pallas. šŸ” * Although there is now an official scientific definition of the term ā€œplanet parade,ā€ astronomers use it to denote an astronomical event that happens when Solar System planets line up in the same sky area as seen from the Earth. #astronomy #planets #Venus #Jupiter #moon
